Abstract: A shaping composition for controlling deformation of a green body object can include from about 10 wt% to about 80 wt% liquid vehicle, and from about 10 wt% to about 90 wt% metal particulates. The metal particulates can include from about 35 wt% to about 90 wt% high melting point metal particles, from about 10 wt% to about 65 wt% aluminum alloy particles, and from about 0.1 wt% to about 10 wt% metal complex selected from an inorganic metal salt, an organic metal salt, or a metal oxide. The metal of the metal complex can include copper, iron, aluminum, chromium, titanium, cobalt, silver, gold, nickel, tin, or zinc.

Abstract: A particulate build material for three-dimensional printing can include from about 80 wt% to 100 wt% polymer particles having an average particle size from about 10 µm to about 125 µm. The polymer particles can further include a crosslinkable component in the form of a maleic anhydride-containing side chain appended to the polyolefin polymer backbone, a thiol-containing side chain appended to the polyolefin polymer backbone, a glycidyl polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane compounded with the polyolefin polymer backbone, or a combination thereof.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method of manufacturing a 3D printed object. The method comprises selectively applying a fusing agent onto powder bed material; and exposing at least part of the powder bed material to radiation to fuse at least part of the powder bed material to form a layer of the 3D printed object. The fusing agent and/or a detailing agent is selectively applied to the powder bed material in a predetermined arrangement to form a porous region in the 3D printed object. The 3D printed object is then treated with a modifying agent, such that the modifying agent at least partially penetrates the porous region of the 3D printed object.

Abstract: According to examples, an apparatus may include an array of micro-mirrors, each of the micro-mirrors being individually controllable to selectively be in a first position or a second position, and a light source to direct a pulse of light onto the array of micro-mirrors with sufficient intensity to cause micron-sized particles on a powder bed upon which the light is directed from the array of micro-mirrors to at least partially melt. Each of the micro-mirrors that is in the first position may reflect light onto a respective area on a layer of micron-sized particles to at least partially melt the micron-sized particles in the respective area and each of the micro-mirrors that is in the second position may reflect light away from the powder bed on which the micron-sized particles are supported.

Abstract: An example of a fusing agent includes a tetraphenyldiamine-based dye, alkyldiphenyloxide disulfonate, 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, and a balance of water. The fusing agent excludes a strong reducing species. The fusing agent may be incorporated into a three-dimensional printing method or a three-dimensional printing system. In an example of the three-dimensional printing method, a polymeric or polymeric composite build material is applied. The fusing agent is selectively applied on at least a portion of the polymeric or polymeric composite build material. The polymeric or polymeric composite build material is exposed to electromagnetic radiation to fuse the portion of the polymeric or polymeric composite build material in contact with the fusing agent to form a layer.
