Abstract: The invention relates to improved methods of treating a cancer in a patient in need thereof using combination drug regimens that can improve therapeutic efficacy of kinase inhibitor(s). Such combination drug regimens may also reduce side effects of kinase inhibitor(s) and/or prevent or reduce cancer resistance to the kinase inhibitor(s).
