摘要： Disclosed in some embodiments is an electronic intravenous infusion pump provided with a disposable, insertable pump cartridge that is connectable to one or more intravenous fluid infusion sources, wherein a user interface on a touch display screen interacts with and responds to the user's insertion of the cassette, and/or wherein the pump is enabled to program a course of infusion for a patient based upon information obtained from the inserted cassette and/or the one or more fluid infusion sources connected to the cassette.
