    Abstract: The invention relates to a method for grouping and/or separating products (2) transported in rows. With the aid of a first conveyor belt (1), the products (2) to be grouped or separated are conveyed onto a second conveyor belt (3) connected in series with the first conveyor belt (1) until a downstream product of the products (2) to be grouped or separated runs up against a dividing web (4) of a dividing device (5) associated with the second conveyor belt (3).     Abstract: The invention relates to a packaging machine (1) for optionally packaging products in cardboard material and/or film material. The packaging machine (1) has an entry- side product inlet (2) for supplying products which are to be packaged and also has an exit- side multipack outlet (3) arranged downstream of the product inlet (2), as seen in the product- transporting direction (T), and intended for delivering multipacks formed in the packaging machine (1).
