The invention relates to an improved system (1) for production of foamed' plastic material products, such as EVA, particularly soles or other products with lightness and comfort features, said system providing a plurality of mol support elements, movable to move in correspondence of a plurality of stations (2), provided along a closed circuit path, one of said stations being a material injection station, said system being characterised in that at least one of said stations being an withdrawal /introduction station (2') of a mold support (3), said mold supports being removably coupled with the system, to b withdrawn/ introduced in the system in correspondence of said withdrawal/introduction station.

The present invention relates to a system for plugging a mould (2) for injection moulding of foamed plastic material, particularly EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate), comprising a guillotine device, in correspondence of the mould (2) injection port (3), said device being comprised of two hemi-guillotines (4, 5), laterally movable along a plane substantially perpendicular with respect to the advancement direction of injector (1) toward the mould (2) between a closed position and an open position, lateral movement of said hemi-guillotines (4, 5) being obtained by interaction with said injector (1) along its run toward the mould (2), means (6, 7) opposing against said lateral movement being provided, maintaining said hemi-guillotines (4, 5) in a normally closed position.

The present invention relates to a quick opening system of two mould support elements (1, 1'), particularly for moulding foamed EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), said mould support elements being comprised of an upper mould support element (1) and a lower mould support element (V), supported by a vertical structure comprised of column elements (2), said lower mould support element (V) being moved by a toggle mechanism (4, 4', 5, 5'), said system being characterised in that the movement of said toggle mechanism (4, 4', 5, 5') being realised by an asynchronous motor (15) acting on an Archimedean screw (8), by transmission means with interposition of a friction (16), said toggle mechanism (4, 4', 5, 5') being coupled on said Archimedean screw (8).
