摘要： The present invention relates to an antibacterial membrane and a production method thereof essentially comprising the steps of synthesizing bismuth chelate (11) and obtaining membrane from the synthesized bismuth chelate; which is especially used in water and waste water treatment and eliminates the fouling problem occurring as a result of accumulation of the microorganisms.
