Abstract: This invention is related to a marketing tool which is designed for the use of the disabled, could be easily used with a wheelchair, crutch and similar assistance apparatus of the disabled driver. Our invention includes a swinging ramp (1) that can carry the disabled getting on the vehicle by a wheelchair (7), to the vehicle, a moving mechanism (8) that can rotate 360°, by which the disabled person is transferred from the swinging ramp (1), at least one rail (3) walking within the vehicle on the aforesaid rotating moving mechanism (8), a vehicle control unit (6) positioned in front of the vehicle in a way that the disabled can reach via moving mechanism (8), a bench (4) positioned on one of the sides of the vehicle in a way that the disabled can reach via the moving mechanism (8), a kitchen unit (5) preferably positioned on the back side of the vehicle and a control unit (11) positioned on the upper part of the moving mechanism (8) in a way that the driver can reach.
