    Abstract: A hybrid connector for tying together a detachable panel and a foam panel in opposed and parallel spaced relation to make a form for receiving flowable material is disclosed. The hybrid connector includes a first elongated side member which is embedded into the foam panel, and an opposed second side member which is removably secured to the detachable panel. The second side member includes an elongated support frame which can be connected to the web member, and further includes at least one screw-receiving sleeve which extends across from the support frame, and which can be removably secured to the detachable panel. The hybrid connector may therefore advantageously allow the tied panels to form an assembly which can receive a pour of flowable material and resist the loads generated thereby. Advantageously, the detachable panel can be easily removed from the hardened formation, thus providing an exposed outer surface which is substantially smooth and free of projections. A related system and method are also disclosed.
