Apparatus (10) and method for bending elongated metal elements (11) comprising a bending station (12) provided with a first contrasting pin (13), a bending support (17) defining a first bending plane (P) on which the elongated metal elements (11) are positioned and advance, and a first bending pin (16) mounted mobile around the first contrasting pin (13), in order to bend the elongated metal elements (11) on the first bending plane (P) in cooperation with the first contrasting pin (13). The bending station (12) comprises a second contrasting pin (21) mounted on the first bending pin (16), and a second bending pin (19) disposed mobile with respect to a bending support (17) in a slanting direction with respect to the bending plane (P), in order to bend the elongated metal elements (11) in cooperation with the second contrasting pin (21) on a second bending plane (P'), angled with respect to the first bending plane (P).

Apparatus (10) and method to feed and shear metal bars, comprising a shearing unit (16) that shears the metal bars (11) sequentially into segments (12) of desired length, and an alignment and translation unit (15), which feeds the metal bars (11) to the shearing unit (16), provided with butting member (17) suitable to cooperate with the tail ends (Ha) of the metal bars (11) in order to align them longitudinally with respect to each other. The butting member (17) comprises a magnetic portion (19) facing toward the tail ends (1 Ia) of the metal bars (11), and conformed so as to generate a magnetic or electromagnetic attraction force on the tail ends (11a), so as to attract the metal bars (11) to itself and to keep the relative tail ends (11a) substantially aligned and in contact with the butting member (17).

The device comprises first magnetic means (13,113) to separate from the bundle (12) an end segment of a plurality of bars (11) and to arrange at least the end segments of plurality bars (11) on a plane distanced with respect to the bundle (12). The device comprises second magnetic means (21,121) to pick up, from the first magnetic means (13,113), at least one bar (11) at a time from the plurality of bars (11) and to unload the at least one bar (11) in a desired release position.

Bending machine (10) for profiles (11) comprising at least a drawing assembly (14) able to draw the profiles (11), first shearing means (13) arranged downstream of the drawing assembly (14) and bending means (12) arranged downstream of the first shearing means (13). Second shearing means (15) are arranged upstream of at least part of the drawing assembly (14) and are able to shear the profiles (11) to eliminate excess parts thereof.

Device to correct the shape of a bent metal bar (B) which is provided with at least a substantially rectilinear first segment (16), a substantially straight second segment (17) which is opposite the first segment (16), separated from it by a curved segment (18). The first segment (16) is diverted with respect to the plane on which the second segment (17) and at least one portion of the curved segment (18) lie. The device comprises a first abutment element (25), suitable to selectively hold the curved segment (18) and is provided with an abutment surface (35) on which, in use, at least one portion of the second segment (17) and of the curved segment (18) is housed, and a second abutment element (26) provided with a pressure element (41) which, during use, is disposed above the first segment (16). Translation means (39, 42) are associated at least to one of either the first abutment element (25) or the second abutment element (26) in order to translate at least one of these against the other, so that the pressure element (41) and the abutment surface (35) deform the curved segment (18).
