본 발명은 파이프관을 회전되면서 절단하는 수동식 파이프 절단기에 관한 것으로, 특히 파이프절단기의 회전이 원활하게 작동되도록 하여 고장을 방지토록 함은 물론 절단작업을 용이토록 하고, 파이프 절단기에 보조 절단칼을 구비하여 절단칼이 마모되었을 경우 즉석에서 용이하게 보조 절단칼을 교환할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung und ein Verfahren zum Abtrennen von Einzelstücken von einem aus einer Walzanlage kommenden Metallband mit einer fliegenden Schere, insbesondere Trommelschere, sowie dieser nachgeordneten Ableitungen für die abgetrennten Metallbandstücke, wobei am Auslauf des Metallbandes aus der Schere eine in die oder aus der Ebene des Metallbandes schwenkbare Weiche vorgesehen ist, deren Schwenkwinkel in Abhängigkeit von der Art des abzutrennenden Metallbandstückes mit der Abführung dienenden Kanälen für Schrottstücke, Häckselstücke oder Schopfstücke ausrichtbar ist oder zur Durchleitung des Kopfstückes des Metallbandes dient.

The present invention provides a device for notching, which is a device for notching an electrode sheet in intervals corresponding to the distance between unit electrodes, for manufacturing a plurality of unit electrodes from the electrode sheet which is continuous and is coated on one side or both sides with electrode active material, and comprises: a press for punching notches on the upper end and the lower end of the electrode sheet while the electrode sheet is fixed in a position; and two or more grippers, which are located behind the press based on the direction in which the electrode sheet is supplied, for receiving and transferring the electrode sheet, one pitch at a time according to the movement of the press, the one pitch being a size which corresponds to the unit electrode, wherein when one gripper from the grippers receives and transfers the electrode sheet, the other grippers move to a receiving position.

The present invention concerns a method of processing an elongate web (151), the method comprising: manually applying an indicium to the web (151) at one or more positions across the width thereof; and applying an automated process to the web (151) at positions corresponding to the manually applied indicium so that the automated process can be aligned with respect to the width direction of the web (151). In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the indicium comprises a cut in the web (151) applied to the web using a punch tool. The present invention is particularly useful in the manufacture of flexible photovoltaic cell arrays.
