Abstract: In one general aspect, an apparatus can include a first base member, a second base member, and a flexible member having a first end coupled the first base member and having a second end coupled to the second base member. The flexible member can be configured to flexibly move between a first configuration and a second configuration. The apparatus can include a transverse section having at least a portion coupled to the flexible member and can be disposed between the first base member and the second base member.
