摘要： The present invention discloses novel DNA construct composition to provide strain non-specific and/or race non-specific broad spectrum tolerance against phytopathogen in host plant. The DNA construct composition comprises ofat least one novel RNAi construct, at least one promoter and at least one transcriptional terminator so designed to produce RNAi gene construct to down-regulate pathogen specific gene target by way of RNAi mediated gene silencing and consequently inhibiting growth of phytopathogen. The RNAi gene constructs are designed for both single gene targets and multi-gene targets. This invention also discloses method of preparing novel DNA construct and the method to control phytopathogens.
