摘要： A method for modulating a kinase by administering to a subject a nutritional composition comprising extensively hydrolyzed casein, extensively hydrolyzed casein fractions, or combinations thereof. A modulated kinase may be a kinase that regulates inflammatory signaling, immune tolerance, metabolic signaling, cell cycle and growth factor signaling. The nutritional composition may dose-dependently inhibit a range of serine, threonine and tyrosine kinases.
