Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device (1) for transporting a child, such as a pram or buggy. More in particular, the present invention relates to a device for transporting a child that can be collapsed into a compact unit. According to the invention, the lower frame (10) of the device comprises a first lower frame part (11), to which a front wheel (61) is mounted, and a second lower frame part (12), to which a rear wheel (60) is mounted, wherein the first and second lower frame parts (11,12) are hingedly connected to each other, wherein a pusher (30) of the device comprises a first pusher part and a second pusher part that are hingedly connected to each other, and wherein, in the collapsed position, the second lower frame part (12) has been pivoted away from the pusher (30) and towards the front wheel (61) and the second pusher part has been pivoted towards the lower frame (10) such that it lies adjacent to the second lower frame part (12).
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a swivel wheel system and to a device for transporting a child in which this system is used. The swivel wheel system according to the invention comprises a first part which is fixedly connected to a frame of the device and which first part comprises a fixedly disposed swivel shaft. The system further comprises a second part which is provided with a swivel wheel and a second bush in which the swivel shaft can be received, wherein the second part can be coupled to the first part. The system according to the invention is characterized in that the first part comprises a first bush which is placed rotatably around the swivel shaft and wherein, after coupling of the first and second part, the first bush is arranged at least partially in the second bush.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a collapsible child seat (100) and to a device for transporting a child comprising such a child seat. The child seat (100) comprises a seat part (102), a back part (103) that is hingedly connected to the seat part, and a canopy part (150, 151, 152) that is connected to the back part. The child seat is collapsible from an upright position to a collapsed position by pivoting the back part (103) relative to the seat part (102). According to the invention, the canopy part (150) is able to translate relative to the back part (103), the child seat further comprising a mechanical transmission converting a mutual pivoting movement of the back part and the seat part into a translational movement of the canopy part.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cot and to a cot assembly. The invention further relates to a method fur manufacturing a cot. The invention relates particularly to a so-called carrycot. The cot (200) according to the invention comprises a substantially rigid tension frame (2), a flexible covering fabric (4), an edge of which is fixedly connected to the tensioning frame (2), and a second, substantially firm shell (5). According to the invention, the second shell (5) is clamped between the tensioning frame (2) and the covering fabric (4), wherein the covering fabric (4) covers an outer surface of the second shell (5).

Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for transporting a child with an adjustable child seat. The device according to the invention comprises a tensioning device comprising a first band (14) which is coupled to the seat part(12) and a pair of substantially inelastic bands (15) which are each connected at a first end to the first band (14) and connected at a second end to respective sides of the frame (42). The device also comprises an adjusting device with which the pair of inelastic bands (15) can be fixed relative to the back part (13). According to the invention, the first band is an elastic band (14) which, at least after termination of the fixation of the pair of inelastic bands (15), exerts a tensile force on the inelastic bands (15), whereby these bands are tightened.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device and assembly for transporting a child, such as a pram and/or buggy. According to the invention the pram comprises two whee- bearing arms which are pivotally coupled by a coupling housing. One of these arms is pivotally connected to a connector element for coupling to for instance a child' s seat. The pram further comprises a transmission between the connector element and the other arm for the purpose of rotating the connector element during said pivoting of the pram from the folded-open position to the collapsed position.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for transporting a child. The invention relates more particularly to such a device which is provided with a collapsible seat. According to the invention, the seat is coupled to the obliquely upward extending first arms by means of connecting arms which can slide away from the undercarriage in the first arms. This sliding movement takes place automatically after sufficient downward rotation of the second arms.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a frame for a pushchair or buggy which is provided with a telescopic push bar. The invention likewise relates to a pushchair or buggy with such a frame. According to the present invention use is made of a telescopic push bar in combination with a tiltable upper tube in which the push bar is received. The upper tube can tilt here to the lower tube, after which the entity of upper tube and lower tube can tilt to the lower frame part.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a seat. The present invention also relates to a pushchair or buggy provided with such a seat. With a four-bar linkage comprising a back part, a seat part, an attaching unit and a first arm a seat is obtained wherein the centre of gravity does not displace, or hardly so, during pivoting from a sitting position to a recumbent position. It hereby becomes possible for the undercarriage of a pushchair or buggy to take a smaller form.
