Abstract:
A collapsible stroller comprising a frame and a reversible seat (5) comprising an armrest portion (5.5) is provided. The reversible seat (5) is mountable via an attachment point on the stroller frame in either a forward or rearward orientation with respect to the stroller frame, and in such a way that the attachment point can be moved relative to the stroller frame for collapse of the reversible seat (5) along with the stroller frame, irrespective of the reversible seat's orientation. An associated reversible seat structure is also disclosed.
Abstract:
A foldable stroller frame has three sections (lower-front, lower-rear, and upper-rear sections) joined to and foldable around a common hub structure. The hub structure includes two hubs located on the left and right sides of the stroller frame. In at least one of the hubs, a bracket structure is mounted to the lower-rear section and holds two gears which are attached to the lower-front section and upper-rear section, respectively. The two gears are engaged with each other, so that the lower-front section and upper-rear section rotate in synchrony with respect to the lower-rear section when the stroller frame is being folded. The hub also includes a releasable locking mechanism, which is controlled by a pull trigger located on the upper-rear section of the stroller near the push handles, for locking the stroller frame in the unfolded state.
Abstract:
A juvenile stroller includes a mobile base and a juvenile seat mounted on the mobile base. The mobile base includes wheels and a foldable frame carrying the juvenile seat.
Abstract:
A foldable frame (1), particularly for pushchairs, prams and the like, comprising a supporting framework (2) which has two sides (3), which are mutually interconnected by an articulated structure, each side having a rear upright (4b) and a front upright (4a), associated with a respective handle tube (4e), which are mutually articulated and associated in a downward region respectively with a front wheel assembly (5 a) and a rear wheel assembly (5b), the supporting framework being adapted to pass from an extended or open condition to a collapsed or closed position and vice versa, reaction means (10) being provided which act between at least one pair of engagement elements (1Oa, 10b) of the supporting framework (2) which can move with respect to each other during the transition from the open condition to the closed condition and vice versa, the reaction means (10) being adapted to reverse the action applied to the at least one pair of engagement elements (10a, 10b) during the transition of the frame (1) from the open condition to the closed condition and vice versa.
Abstract:
A stroller foldable in width includes a frame and wheels under the frame. The frame comprises two side frames with rear legs, push rods connected with the upper ends of the rear legs, and backrest rods. Cross supporting rods are disposed between the two side frames. The cross supporting rods supporting the backrest rods includes a first assembly and a second assembly which are crossly configured. The first assembly includes a first upper link and a first lower link. The second assembly includes a second upper link and a second lower link. The first upper link and the second upper link are pivotally connected. The second lower link and the second upper link are pivotally connected, and a stop member is disposed between them. The first lower link and the first upper link are pivotally connected, and also a stop member is disposed between them. The cross supporting rods enable the backrest rods to be adjusted horizontally without any negative effects on folding the whole stroller.
Abstract:
Abstract:
A collapsible, stick-folding, lie-back pushchair (1) including seat support members (17) having back rest members (20) and armrest members (22), the inclination of the back rest members (20) being controlled by connector members (28) slidable along armrest members (22) and having locking means in the form of a spring loaded pin (29) for engagement with a hole (32) in the armrest members (2). In the fully reclined position, the back rest members (20), and thus the seat, lie substantially parallel with the ground, at an angle of 165o-170o to the horizontal.
Abstract:
A foldable stroller, comprising a frame (10) having a backrest (200) and a seat portion (180), at least one leg (16) pivotally mounted at the lower end of the frame (10) and pivotal with respect thereto between an operable configuration in which said frame (10) extends at an angle relative to vertical and said at least one leg (16) extends from the front of the frame (10), and a folded configuration in which said leg (16) is located behind the backrest (200). A wheel (18) is mounted at or adjacent a distal end of the or each leg (16) and the stroller further comprises a rear mount (22) carrying an axle (24) on which at least one wheel (26) is mounted, the rear mount (22) extending, in the operable configuration substantially vertically downward from an intermediate location along the length of the frame (10) and being pivotally mounted to the frame (10) such that, in a fully folded configuration, the rear mount (22) can be pivoted to a position substantially parallel to and behind the backrest (200). A rigid linking arm (28) is secured between the at least one leg (16) and the rear mount (22) such that when the leg (16) is pivoted, corresponding pivoting of the rear mount (22) is effected. A pivot mechanism between the leg (16) and the frame (10) is provided when a lock having an actuator and configured to lock the first mechanism when the mount (22) is in either the operable or fully folded configuration, and release the pivot mechanism during transition between those two configurations.
