Abstract: The present invention relates to a cooking apparatus comprising: a cooking vessel (1); a scraper means (3) having a scraper shaft (31) extending into the cooking vessel, and a scraper (32) disposed on the scraper shaft and adapted to scrape off ingredients sticking on an internal surface of the cooking vessel; and a spiral mixer (4) having a mixer shaft (41), to which a spiral element (42) extending inside the cooking vessel is attached.
