Abstract: A cutting knife assembly has a projecting cutting knife (12) detacheably connected to a baseboard (10). The cutting knife circumscribes a knife cavity (18) on the baseboard (10). An elongate cross member (20) extends across the knife cavity (18), is affixed to the cutting knife (12) and is mounted to the baseboard (10) by a removable fastener.
