摘要： The present invention provides a solid pharmaceutical composition in the form of tablets, comprising ivermectin particles having specific particle size distribution with D(90) value from 20 µm to 300 µm, having desired dissolution profile, desired stability and satisfied bioequivalence results. The invention also encompasses a process for preparing the solid pharmaceutical composition in the tablet form by direct compression.
