摘要： The object of the present invention are novel peptide derivatives of diaryl esters of 1 - aminoalkylphosphonic acids and their use as inhibitors of NS3/4A protease expressed by human HCV virus in prophylaxis and therapy of viral hepatitis type C (VHC). The use of inhibitors with irreversible mechanism of inhibition in the treatment of HCV creates the possibility of effective improvement of the therapy inter alia by reducing the time of drug administration and limiting dosing to one drug.
