    摘要: The present invention relates to a powder coating composition including: an epoxy functional acrylic polymer; a hydroxyl functional polyester polymer including a first hydroxyl functional polyester polymer having an acid value of up to 10 and a weight average molecular weight of up to 20,000 g/mol; an acid functional crosslinker; and a blocked polyisocyanate crosslinker, where the powder coating composition includes at least 45 weight % of a combined total of the hydroxyl functional polyester polymer and the blocked polyisocyanate crosslinker, based on the total resin solids in the powder coating composition.
