    摘要: 一种水性聚氨酯分散剂的制备方法及其应用。属于高分子分散剂领域,具体步骤:称取含异氰酸酯基的化合物作为引发剂,与聚乙二醇在氮气和催化剂存在下生成聚氨酯预聚体,反应体系加入有机溶剂控粘;75-80℃下,加入扩链剂1进行扩链反应2-2.5h;75-80℃下,加入扩链剂2继续扩链反应2-2.5h;降温至50-55℃,加入封端剂封端反应1-1.5h;反应结束后,加入三乙胺进行中和反应1h,加去离子水高速乳化20-30min,于室温下减压蒸馏除去有机溶剂得到水性聚氨酯分散剂。该结构的分散剂制备液体靛蓝染料具有较高的研磨效率,且染料的贮存稳定性能较好。

    摘要: The present invention relates to an aqueous polyurethane-urea dispersion comprising polyurethane-urea and a preparation method and use thereof, especially in the field of coating compositions, binders or inks, and a product obtained by coating, bonding, sealing or printing with the aqueous polyurethane-urea dispersion. The polyurethane-urea of the aqueous polyurethane-urea dispersion comprising polyurethane-urea is obtained by the reaction of a system comprising the following components: a polyisocyanate, a polycarbonate polyol with a hydroxyl functionality of 1.9-2.1, a polyester polyol with a hydroxyl functionality of 1.9-2.1, an amino-containing compound, a hydroxyl-containing carboxylic acid and a neutralizer, wherein the weight ratio of the polycarbonate polyol to the polyester polyol is 6: 1-20: 1. The aqueous polyurethane-urea dispersion of the present invention has small particle size, narrow particle size distribution, good color rendering, hydrolysis resistance and color fastness to rubbing, and can be used as a binder for inkjet inks.

    摘要: 本发明公开了一种预聚-乳化全连续制备水性聚氨酯的工艺方法。该方法以声化学强化的双螺杆挤出机作为水性聚氨酯预聚、中和反应器,以静态混合器、管式乳化器作为预聚体乳化装置,预聚、乳化全连续进行,生产效率高、成本低、产品质量稳定,尤其适用于高固含水性聚氨酯生产。更为重要的是,在双螺杆挤出机的特定区域,加装特殊超声发生器,对预聚中间体进行声化学处理,可显著提升物料反应活性,使预聚反应后期可在70-80℃低温条件下快速完成,生产工艺节能环保,也避免了后期高温导致的支化、交联、降解等副反应发生,获得的水性聚氨酯结构可控、品质稳定。上述工艺方法不使用任何有机溶剂,对原料无选择性,适用于任何类型水性聚氨酯的合成。

    摘要: The present invention relates to radically curable compositions, comprising (A) silver nanoplatelets, (B) one reactive diluent comprising 1 to 4 (meth)acrylate groups; (C) one, or more urethane (meth)acrylates (C), which are obtainable by reaction of the following components: (a) at least one isocyanate having two isocyanate groups, (b) at least one polyalkylene oxide polyether having at least 2 hydroxyl groups, (c) at least one hydroxy-functional (meth)acrylate having one hydroxyl group and one (meth)acrylate group, (d) at least one compound having at least one isocyanate reactive group and at least one acid function, (e) if component (d) is present, optionally at least one basic compound which is present for neutralization or partial neutralization of the acid groups of component (d), (f) optionally at least one monoalcohol having one hydroxy function, and (g) optionally at least one compound having at least one primary and/or secondary amino group; (D) one, or more photonitiators; printing inks containing the compositions and their use for the production security products. Coatings obtained after curing of the compositions, show one color, when observed in transmission and another color, when observed in reflection on both sides of the cured coating. The metal-like reflection of the coatings may be further enhanced by the presence of surfactants.
