A swiveling electrical connector (560) is described. A male assembly (500) has three conductors (504, 508, 510) electrically isolated from each other. A first one of the three conductors in the male assembly includes a cylindrical surface. A female assembly (520) has three conductors (524, 526, 532) electrically isolated from each other and a receptacle for receiving the male assembly. A first one of the three conductors in the female assembly has a clip (536) assembly extending therefrom for contacting the cylindrical surface of the first conductor in the male assembly. A locking mechanism is coupled to the female assembly for locking the male and female assemblies together when the male assembly is inserted into the female assembly thereby providing electrical contact between the male assembly conductors and the female assembly conductors. The male and female assemblies rotate relative to each other when locked together, the clip assembly in the female assembly maintaining contact with the first conductor in the male assembly while the male and female assemblies rotate relative to each other.

A device for stacking sheet documents (11) in a container (9) is disclosed. The device comprises a sheet document input (5) coupled to a sheet document output (8) by a transport for conveying sheet documents from the sheet document input to the sheet document output. The sheet document output forms part of a feeding section (7) shaped for insertion, in use, through an open end of the container such that the sheet document output is located at an initial discharge location within the container and proximal to a closed end of the container on which sheet documents discharged from the sheet document output are formed into a stack.

Disclosed are methods and apparatus, including computer program products, implementing and using techniques for performing a marketing campaign on behalf of an advertiser. A plurality of electronic publishers are in communication with a data network. The advertiser has an associated computer also in communication with the data network. An advertising apparatus, in one aspect of the present invention, includes one or more engines. A user interface engine is configured to interact with the advertiser computer over the data network for generating a budget amount, marketing campaign parameters associated with and defining the marketing campaign, and information describing the marketing campaign. A campaign allocation engine is configured to allocate the budget amount among the electronic publishers based on the generated marketing campaign parameters and publisher parameters associated with the electronic publishers. An advertisement engine is configured to generate advertisement information based on the generated information describing the marketing campaign and the publisher parameters. A publisher interface engine is configured to provide the advertisement information to at least one of the electronic publishers in a format appropriate for the electronic publisher.

The present invention provides an electrical circuit component, specifically a passive microwave device, and a method for producing the same. In one embodiment, the present invention provides an electrical circuit component, comprising: at least one patterned resistive area on a first surface of a diamond substrate, a first patterned conductive area on the first surface of the diamond substrate, and a second patterned conductive area on a second surface of the diamond substrate. The patterned resistive area may comprise a very thin film of tantalum nitride or a very thin film of tantalum nitride and a thin film of nichrome. The patterned conductive area may comprise a layer of titanium-tungsten, a layer of gold, and optionally a layer of nickel. Alternatively, the patterned conductive area may comprise a layer of chrome, a layer of copper, a layer of gold, and optionally a layer of nickel.
