Abstract: An electronic device includes a memory configured to store an application, a communication interface, and a processor. The processor is configured to receive a request to install or execute the application, verify whether the application is authenticated compare at least part of an icon for executing the application with a security indication associated with security of the application. The electronic device provides a result of comparing the at least part of the icon with the security indication based on whether the application is authenticated.

Abstract: An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a housing of the electronic device, a memory disposed in the housing, a user interface, and a processor electrically connected with the memory and the user interface.
