Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for aligning a luminous spot of light exiting at least one light guide on an optical converter, wherein the exit surface 7 of the fiber has an angle α relative to the longitudinal axis of the fiber which is different from 0°, the position of the luminous spot on the converter being aligned by adjusting the angle α. The invention also relates to a device comprising a light guide from which light exits and is incident on an optical converter to at least a substantial extent, thereby forming a luminous spot, wherein the exit surface 7 of the fiber has an angle α relative to the longitudinal axis of the fiber which is different from 0°, the position of the luminous spot on the converter being aligned by adjusting the angle α. In another embodiment, the invention relates to a conversion module as a part of a lighting device. The conversion module is operated with excitation light of a light source, a fiber-optic light guide being used. For holding a converter for producing the useful light a support element is provided while the light guide is positioned and held by a decoupling head. In another embodiment, the invention relates to a converter-cooling body composite, wherein the cooling body and the converter are interconnected such that the connection between the converter and the cooling body preferably has high reflectance and both the connection between the converter and the cooling body as well as the entire system has low thermal resistance and a long life expectancy.
