A respiratory amplitude of a respiratory motion of a subject during a medical scan may be determined based on a respiratory signal relating to the respiratory motion. The respiratory signal may be collected using a respiratory motion detector (120,510,820) by emitting detecting signals toward a target region of the subject. Surface information of the target region may be obtained. The respiratory amplitude may be corrected based on the surface information of the target region.

摘要: A system and method for calibrating an image acquisition device are provided. First characteristic information of one or more optical markers in a first coordinate system applied to a medical device may be obtained. Multiple images each of which includes the one or more optical markers acquired by an image acquisition device may be obtained. Second characteristic information of the one or more optical markers in a second coordinate system applied to the multiple images acquired by the image acquisition device based on the multiple images may be obtained. A transform relationship between the first coordinate system and the second coordinate system may be determined based on the first characteristic information and the second characteristic information of the one or more optical markers.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a system for imaging. The system may include a supporting assembly and a detector assembly. The supporting assembly may include a detection region to accommodate a subject. The detector assembly may surround the detection region. The detector assembly may be configured to detect radiation rays emitted from the subject located within the detection region. The detector assembly may include a plurality of detector rings. Each detector ring may include a scintillator array and a plurality of photosensors. The plurality of detector rings may be arranged on the supporting assembly in an axial direction of the supporting assembly to form an axial field of view (FOV) having a length no less than 0.75 meters.
