摘要: The present invention relates to a conductor assembly (10) comprising a first conductive core part (12) and at least a second conductive core part (14), wherein the first conductive core part (12) is axially moveably arranged in respect to the at least second conductive core part (14), and comprising at least one insulating sleeve (16) that is axially moveably arranged in respect to the first conductive core part (12) and the at least second conductive core part (14), characterised by at least one loading arrangement (18), wherein the at least one loading arrangement (18) is embodied in such a way so that the first conductive core part (12) is loaded in an axial direction (20) against the at least second conductive core part (14), wherein the insulating sleeve (16) is arranged in respect to the first conductive core part (12) and the at least second conductive core part (14) in such a way so that it is clamped between the first conductive core part (12) and the at least second conductive core part (14) due to the loading between the first conductive core part (12) and the at least second conductive core part (14) applied by the least one loading arrangement (18) and wherein the at least one insulating sleeve (16) comprises a first contact surface (36) and an at least second contact surface (38), wherein the first conductive core part (12) comprises an first corresponding contact surface (40) to the first contact surface (36) of the at least one insulating sleeve (16), wherein the at least second conductive core part (14) comprises a second corresponding contact surface (42) to the at least second contact surface (38) of the at least one insulating sleeve (16) and wherein the clamping force of the at least one loading arrangement (18) is applied by the first corresponding contact surface (40) of the first conductive core part (12) and the second corresponding contact surface (42) of the at least second conductive core part (14) to the first and the at least second contact surface (36, 38) of the at least one insulating sleeve (16). Further, the invention relates to a method for operating such a conductor assembly (10) and to two methods for assembling such a conductor assembly (10).

摘要: A subsea termination gland for providing a termination and connection to an electrical conductor is provided. The subsea termination gland comprises a first connector interface which is dry-mateable and is configured to be mated with a complementary second connector interface of a connector front end. The termination gland further includes a termination assembly comprising a connection member which provides a first connection section of the first connector interface. The connection member is connectable to the electrical conductor. The first connection section is exposed to the ambient environment when determination gland is not mated with the connector front end. A sealing section for sealing the termination gland to the connector front end is provided.
