    Abstract: The present invention relates to a media transmission system wherein a server selects an image frame having an image number nearest to play position information and a high compression ratio, and transmits the image frame to a user terminal when the user terminal transmits desired play position information to the server while media data streaming is being performed from the server to the user terminal, thereby moving to the scene desired by a user and playing the scene in a simple manner.
