Abstract: Disclosed is a device for connecting at least one conducting wire to a battery pole. Said device comprises at least one connecting member that is provided with a battery terminal and a power supply terminal. The battery terminal can be electrically connected to the battery pole while at least two contact elements that are configured as receptacles are disposed on the power supply terminal. A plurality of helically extending, flexible braces are arranged along an inner surface area of each receptacle in such a way that the inner free cross-section of each receptacle features a constriction by means of the braces.
