Abstract: A first and a second tubular member (1A, 1B) are fitted in a wiring pass-through hole (H) in a wallboard (Y) and engaged with each other so as to be adjusted to the thickness (D) of the wallboard. A first and a second lid-like member (2A, 2B) are fitted in openings of the tubular members (1A, 1B), respectively, so as to be removable and yet prevented from falling out, and the tubular members (1A, 1B) are closed by the lid-like members (2A, 2B). A small quantity of wiring is passed through small quantity wiring pass-holes (2a, 2b) of the lid-like members (2A, 2B) to arrange it in order. A large quantity of wiring can be arranged in order by removing the lid-like members (2A, 2B) and passing the wiring through a large quantity wiring pass-hole (4) of the tubular members (1A, 1B).
