Abstract: The present invention relates to a binding partner, in particular an antibody fragment recognizing an antigen-antibody immunocomplex between anti-HT-2 toxin and HT-2. A non-competitive immunoassay may be carried out using the binding partner of the present invention. A test kit and method comprising the binding partner are disclosed.
