    Abstract: Embodiments include methods for estimating movement of an aerial user equipment (UE) in a wireless network based on a plurality of movement models. Such methods include obtaining, from the wireless network, position measurements for the aerial UE at a second time subsequent to a first time, and determining a state of an interacting multiple-model (IMM) for movement of the aerial UE at the second time based on the position measurements. The IMM model includes a first constant-velocity model, a second constant-acceleration model, a third constant-position model, and estimated probabilities associated with the respective models. Such method also includes determining a movement state for the aerial UE at the second time based on combining the models according to their estimated probabilities. Other embodiments include positioning nodes configured to perform such methods.

    Abstract: A method of determining the position of a moving unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) is provided.     Abstract: A method of determining a two-dimensional position of a moving wireless device is provided.     Abstract: There is provided mechanisms for controlling total average transmission power of a radio base station over a fixed time period. A method is performed by a control device. The method comprises obtaining values of average total transmission power of at least one previous transmission from the radio base station. The method comprises determining a resource factor value from the value of average total transmission power and a set point value of the average total transmission power. The method comprises determining, based on the resource factor value, an action that restricts the amount of code-division multiple access (CDMA) resources to be used at least for a current transmission.     Abstract: According to a first aspect, there is provided a method for delay alignment in a multi-point communication system. The method comprises determining (S10) of a respective reference value of round trip time for n +1 signalling paths in the multi-point communication system, where n >0.     Abstract: A base station for detecting a Physical Random Access Channel (PRACH) transmission from a User Equipment device (UE) comprises a radio device and at least one additional device. The radio device comprises narrowband receivers respectively coupled to antenna elements of an antenna array. Each narrowband receiver is configured to receive a signal from a respective antenna element and process the signal to provide received symbols for a PRACH received via the respective antenna element. The radio device also comprises accumulation circuitry configured to, for each antenna element, accumulate a subset of the received symbols for the PRACH received via the antenna element to output a first averaged symbol for the PRACH received via the antenna element.
