    Abstract: A syrup container system for post-mix beverage dispensing systems comprising filling a blow molded, multi-layer PET container (10) with syrup (48) and connecting the container to a post-mix beverage dispenser (12) through a syrup pump (15). The PET container includes a release agent such as a layer of EVOH (44) located outside of the inner PET layer (42) and an air vent (38) partway through the container wall terminating at the inner PET layer (42) or at the adjacent release layer, so that the inner PET layer (42) can separate from the remainder of the wall and collapse around the remaining syrup as it is withdrawn, without the need for venting the syrup chamber to atmosphere. The PET container (10) also includes a polyethylene closure sealing the container opening and coupling means for connecting to a quick-disconnect coupling on the distal end of a syrup line. The PET container is disposable and recyclable.

    Abstract: A liquid container (10) comprising a multi-layer container including a wall (32) made up of a main layer (40) and a separate, delaminatable inner layer (42), a container opening (34) at the top for filling and evacuation and a plurality of air vents (38) extending completely through the main layer and terminating at the inner layer, such that the inner layer delaminates when liquid is evacuated by suction. The inner layer is thicker at the top end of the container and the air vents have a larger size opening at the bottom of the container, both to prevent premature collapse of the top end of the inner layer. The inner layer is also at least partially predelaminated during (or right after) manufacturing to assist ease of delamination during use.

    Abstract: A dispenser including a plurality of tower sections allows an operator to remove one or more tower sections from the fluid dispenser without removing the fluid dispenser from a dispensing location. A housing of the dispenser includes multiple arrays of outlets from a housing fluid circuit that is connectable to fluid sources. Separate tower sections including complementary arrays are then coupled to arrays of the housing, thereby extending the housing fluid circuits to the dispense points disposed on the tower sections. The tower sections are secured to the fluid dispenser housing. The tower sections may further include mounting members that mate together to provide additional restraint and to ensure that the dispense points of the attached tower sections are aligned, thereby providing a clean, uniform appearance.
