Abstract: The Invention relates to materials and methods for the treatment of conditions associated with bacterial biofilms, intracellular bacterial infections and/or adherent-invasive Escherichia coli infections, including Crohns' disease. In particular,, the invention relates to the use of colicins and bacteria producing colicins, for the treatment of such conditions.
