Abstract:
The invention relates to a plug type connector (1), a counter-connector (2) and a plug type connector arrangement (29). In order to protect a contact position (P) of the plug type connector (1) against undesirable displacement relative to the counter-connector (2) of the plug type connector arrangement (29), without undesirable forces occurring, there is provision according to the invention for the plug type connector (1) and the counter-connector (2) to have clamping faces (6, 13) which extend transversely relative to a connection direction (V) and which are clamped to each other via a fixing means (10).
Abstract:
The invention relates to an electrical plug connector, in particular to an electrical pin or socket connector, for a data transmission interface in the automotive field, having: a plug connector member (100) and a keyed mounting member (200) which can be mounted on the plug connector member (100) and which ensures correctly oriented insertion of an electrical counter plug connector on the electrical plug connector (1), the plug connector member (100) having a mounting projection (120) such that a wall (2) can be clamped between the mounting projection (120) and the keyed mounting member (200).
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an electrical connector with an electrically insulating contact carrier and with at least one electrically conducting contact element which is held in the contact carrier. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a manufacturing method for manufacturing a connector of this type. Changes in dimension in the geometry of the contact carrier and also fluctuations in spacing and geometry in the enclosing shielding cause impedance inhomogeneities in the signal propagation direction that adversely influence the signal quality. Furthermore, it may be necessary to purposefully set the impedance so as to differ from the nominal impedance. An electrical connector is therefore proposed with an electrically insulating contact carrier (102) and with at least one electrically conducting contact element (104) which is held in the contact carrier (102), wherein at least one impedance correction element (112, 116) is arranged in the contact carrier (102) for setting the impedance of the connector (100) in the region in which the at least one contact element (104) is arranged.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an adapter contact (3), an adapter (17b), a plug contact arrangement (4) and a connector/adapter combination (16) for connecting two printed circuit boards. When connectors are fitted to printed circuit boards and when two circuit boards are assembled together, there occur tolerances which lead to bending of the contacts in the connectors and consequently to mechanical loading. The invention solves this problem owing to the displaceability of an adapter (17b) relative to the first connector (17a) in a first displacement direction (V1) and a displaceability of the adapter (17b) relative to a second connector (17c) in a second displacement direction (V2).
Abstract:
Housing for a power distributor The present invention relates to a connector contact and a housing for a power distributor, in particular for a vehicle, having a recess for receiving an electrical connector contact, the recess being delimited laterally by at least one side wall of the housing, the recess being delimited by an assembly face, the assembly face being provided for abutment of the connector contact, the at least one side wall having a groove, the groove being provided in order to receive a flap of the connector contact when the connector contact is assembled and to orientate and to retain the connector contact in the direction towards the assembly face in a fixed assembly position.
