    Abstract: The present invention relates to: a system for integrated management of the whole life-cycle of a building by utilizing a unique characteristic of BIM-based building information (gbXML), especially, by actively utilizing the characteristic even in a building operation step, not just simply inputting design information; and to a building control system for integrating design and operation steps, the building control system comprising: a building information integration module (100) for inputting building information in a design step; a building energy monitoring module (200) for monitoring building energy on the basis of the building information; a building energy simulation module (300) for simulating the building energy on the basis of the building information; an FDD module (500) for determining system malfunction if a difference between values, in which the monitoring result of the building energy monitoring module (200) and the simulation result of the building energy simulation module (300) are preset, is greater than or equal to a preset value; and a building control module (600) for controlling a building by obtaining operation information on the basis of the simulation result.
