Abstract:
The invention relates to a sheet of vegetable wool fibre impregnated with a reactive mix made up of a partially or completely epoxidised vegetable oil and a hardener. The invention also relates to a panel including a sheet according to the invention. The invention further relates to a method for manufacturing a sheet or a panel according to the invention, comprising the following steps: mixing an epoxidised vegetable oil and a hardener at a temperature higher than each one of the melting temperatures thereof and lower than each one of the breakdown temperatures thereof; depositing the obtained mix on an assembly of vegetable wool fibres at a temperature higher than each one of the melting temperatures thereof and lower than each one of the breakdown temperatures thereof.
Abstract:
The invention relates to epoxy resins cross-linkable at room temperature, including the product of a reaction of a mixture including at least one epoxy function carrier derivative, chosen from the group consisting of the non-polymeric, non-biosourced reagents and carriers of at least 3 epoxy end functions and the biosourced, epoxidized lipidic derivatives, and at least one crosslinking agent, the ratio between the number of epoxy functions being kept constant independently of the composition of the mixture, the method for manufacturing same, and the use thereof in composite parts for the mechanical engineering or for building construction and in structural parts.
Abstract:
The invention relates to biosourced epoxide resins including the product of the reaction of one or more biosourced epoxide lipid derivatives with at least one cross-linking agent in the presence of at least one co-reagent selected from among the glycidyl ether derivatives of biosourced polyols, or the product of the reaction of one or more glycidyl ether derivatives of biosourced polyols with at least one cross-linking agent.
