Abstract:
A new process is described for the production of plastic or polylaminate films (P) for packaging and wrapping, the relative equipment and the reel obtained. The new process comprises the phase of unwinding (1) of a reel (11) of film (P), the phase of application (2) of one or more lines or successions of adhesive labels (E) on a surface (P1) of said continuous film (P), in pre-defined modular positions, the phase of incision (3) at pre-defined depth at least of said continuous film (P), performed on the surface (P2) opposite said label/s (E), the phase of rewinding (6) said film (P) on a reel (B), wherein said incision (T) has a depth equal at least to the entire thickness (p) of said film (P), when opposite said adhesive label/s (E) applied.
Abstract:
A new process is described for the production of polylaminate film (F) for packaging and the reel obtained, comprising the phases of unwinding (1) of an inner film (N) and an outer film (E), application (3) of adhesive substance (C) on the bonding surface of said inner film (N) and/or of said outer film (E), with the exception of localised areas (N1, E1); bonding (5) of said outer film (E) with said inner film (N) so that the respective said localised areas (E1, N1) are opposite each other, creation (6, 7) of one or more holes (N2, E2) on said inner film (N) and on said outer film (E), in each of said localised areas (N1, E1) and wherein said holes (N2) of said inner film (N) do not overlap said holes (E2) of said outer film (E); rewinding (8) of said polylaminate composite film (F) on a reel.
Abstract:
The invention is a new container for food and for cooking food, entirely or partially made from a plastic film, provided with one opening (B) suited to be closed and hermetically sealed after the introduction of the food to be cooked and comprising at least one valve (L) made from a material having a lower melting point than said plastic film, so that the increase in temperature and pressure inside the container during the cooking of the food causes said valve (L) to open and part of the steam generated inside the container to be discharged.
