Abstract:
The invention relates to a processing gage for producing a resection surface on a bone for adjusting an implant, wherein the processing gage comprises at least one contacting and fixing element for contacting and fixing on the bone, and a contact surface for guiding a tool. According to the invention, the processing gage (S) comprises an attachment element (3) suitable for making a form-fit connection with an adapter element that, in turn, is suitable directly or indirectly for a tool for producing a recess (45) in the bone.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a surgical instrument for implanting a wire, preferably into a bone. According to the invention, the instrument (1) is characterized in that it can be operated with one hand and thus acts as an extended arm of the surgeon. It is characterized in that the instrument comprises a receiving element (2), a clamping part (3) and a grip element (4). The grip element (4) is made of two grip parts (5, 8), wherein the receiving element (3) comprises the first grip part (5) and the clamping part (3) comprises the second grip part (8). The receiving element (2) comprises a recess (11) for the at least partial support of the wire (D), and the clamping part (3) is rotatably mounted via a bearing point (6) on the receiving element (2) and comprises a clamping element (10), which engages in the recess (11) and is designed such that when the grip parts (5, 8) are pressed together, the clamping part (3) presses the wire (D) against the support.
