Abstract:
Dung removing machine for the removal of the dung from underneath the pens of the fur animals at fur farms. The dung removing machine comprises a dung-collector-conveyor part (1) placed transversely to the running direction and operating at the level of the base to be cleaned, the said collector-conveyor being fitted so as to feed the dung collected from the base to the transfer conveyor (2). By means of the transfer conveyor (2), the dung can be guided onto a dung collector wagon (3) constituting a part of the dung removing machine. Both the collector-conveyor part (1) and the transfer conveyor (2) are fitted as one entire unit so as to be shifted in the horizontal direction perpendicularly to the direction of running of the dung removing machine. The collector-conveyor part (1) consists of a screw conveyor (5) whose rear part, viewed in the direction of running, is protected by a plowing wing (4), the end portion of the said screw conveyor, viewed in the direction of feeding, being surrounded by a feeder pipe (6) passing to the transfer conveyor.
Abstract:
A device for removing dirt from a floor, for example the floor of a stall, which device comprises a carrier frame (2) which is moveable over the floor, a motor which is mounted on the carrier frame, and a rotating body (8) which is rotatable in one direction of rotation about a first substantially horizontal rotation axis (11) and is connected with the carrier frame. The rotating body can be driven by the motor. Several shovel-holders (9) for shovelling the dirt from the floor are mounted on the rotating body spaced apart from each other in the peripheral direction. The shovel-holders on rotation of the rotating body move along a path which runs at least partly along the floor. The shovel-holders each comprise an open end which is substantially oriented in the rotation direction of the rotating body. A sweeper device for sweeping the dirt in each case out of one of the shovel-holders on rotation of the rotating body is arranged along the path of the shovel-holders on the carrier frame at a position which is substantially stationary in relation to the carrier frame. The sweeper device is fitted with a sweeper element which, on rotation of the rotating body, moves between the shovel-holders and in each case sweeps through one of the shovel-holders in order to sweep out at least a quantity of the dirt therefrom.
Abstract:
The invention provides a manure-removal vehicle (1) and an assembly thereof having a manure-discharging location. The vehicle comprises a pump (7) and a tank (2) having an air discharge (4, 5). The vehicle collects manure by means of a scraper (13) and this is subsequently sucked up via a manure extraction opening (15) in the tank. The pump works at low power and in particular at low pressure, due to the fact that a constant stream of manure is collected in front of the opening, in particular if a sealing plate (16) is provided.
