A presente invenção refere-se a um equipamento para corte, recolhimento (100) e processamento dinãmico de grama utilizado para produzir o corte de grama, o qual, além do corte propriamente dito, inova no sentido de recolher a grama cortada e proceder ao seu processamento dinâmico, de modo a transformar o volume de grama cortado e recolhido em uma massa desagregada semelhante a pó que é então retornada ao solo, dispensando assim etapas subsqüentes de rastelagem, varrição ou catação.

A modular agricultural cutting unit (8) for a working machine (1), in particular a combine harvester, has a plurality of cutting modules (13) each having a horizontally arranged shaft (15) drivable in rotation and a plurality of cutting elements (16) arranged on the appropriate shaft (15), for cutting crop material, where in the shafts (15) of the cutting modules (13) are not arranged to overlap in the cutting width (9) of the cutting unit (8).

A mower blade is positioned with the housing (24) and is driven by a motor (98) mounted to the housing (24). A linkage assembly (18, 20, 22) attaches a prime mover (16) to the housing (24) and supports the mower (12) relative to the prime mover (16) wherein the linkage assembly (18, 20, 22) provides vertical and rotational movement of the housing (24) .about an axis (14) along a path of travel of the mower (12).
Abstract:
A self-propelled cutting machine has one cutting unit positioned in front of each forward wheel and one cutting unit positioned behind the common transverse axis of the forward wheels so that the three cutting units cut a single swathe. Each cutting unit has a cutting element with a driven shaft and a plurality of flail elements spaced along the length of the driven shaft and each rotatable with respect to the drive shaft axis about a flail element axis that is parallel to and spaced from said axis. The flail cutting element in each cutting unit may be replaced by a helical cutting reel.

A threshing machine and an improved thresher rotor (10) therefor, the rotor having a central rotor tube (12), a plurality of radially extending annular collars (14) spaced therealong, and peripheral reinforcing bars (16) extending along the collars (14). Apertures (26) positioned adjacent the periphery (22) and similarly adjacent the reinforcing bars (16) receive elongate rods (28) therethrough along the length of the rotor (10). The elongate rods (28) retain a desired number of blades (32) in a pivotal manner, within annular channels (34) formed between the annular collars (14). The reinforcing bars (16) are positioned forward in rotation with respect to the elongate rods (28) in a manner allowing the reinforcing bars (16) to function as a heel for the blades (32).

An apparatus is provided for mowing grass and similar vegetation. The apparatus has a frame (1), in which a horizontal shaft (2) is rotatably mounted, the shaft (2) extending horizontally in the position of use. Swingles (19) are provided along and around the shaft (2), these swingles (19) being pivotably connected with the shaft for rotation about axes extending substantially parallel to the shaft. The swingles are terminated at their outer ends by edges (20), extending substantially parallel to the shaft (2). In order to make the apparatus operative for airing the grass field or lawn in addition to the mowing of grass, at least some of the swingles (19) carry tilling elements (26) for producing airing openings or grooves in the soil.
