Abstract: A baked good marking device assembly (10) comprises a base (12), an elongated marking arm (14), and a marker (16). The base (12) has a top surface (18) and a bottom surface (20). The elongated marking arm (14) is generally perpendicular to the base (12). The elongated marking arm (14) has a first side (26) and a second side (28). At least one of the first side (26) and the second side (28) includes one of either a first channel (30a) and a first rail. The elongated marking arm (14) has measuring indicia (34) proximate the one of either the first channel (30a) and the first rail. The elongated marking arm (14) is removably fixed to the base (12). The marker (16) has a body portion (40). The marker (16) is moveable along the first channel (30a) or the first rail of the elongated marking arm (14). The marker (16) has a marking portion (43) protruding outward from the body portion (40). Abstract: A rotating and tilting cake stand comprising a rotation assembly (12), a base assembly (14), and a platter (16). The rotation assembly has a fixed portion (28) and a rotatable portion (26). A rotation control mechanism (22) controlling the rotation of the rotatable portion relative to the fixed portion. The base assembly has a base portion and a support portion that connects to the rotation assembly. Within the base assembly is a tilt- support arm that is connected to the rotation assembly and support portion with a pin that allows the tilt-support arm to pivot, causing the platter to tilt. In the base portion, a lock engages the tilt- support arm to either inhibit or allow the tilt- support arm to move freely. The lock is manipulated by a button in the base portion that is connected to a rotational pivot that is connected to the lock.

Abstract: A rotating and tilting cake stand comprising a rotation assembly, a base assembly, and a platter. The rotation assembly has a fixed portion and a rotatable portion. A rotation control mechanism controlling the rotation of the rotatable portion relative to the fixed portion. The base assembly has a base portion and a support portion that connects to the rotation assembly. Abstract: A device for scoring a dough article prior to baking is provided. Score lines are imparted to the dough piece which act to pre-portion the dough. The dough pieces are scored so that sections are easily torn off into individual pre-determined portion sizes at the point of consumption, with the scoring being insufficiently weak so that the portions separate during production steps. Abstract: A container or pan for producing predetermined food portions is disclosed. Indicia are formed on the container at selected intervals adjacent an outer peripheral edge. A cutting blade is provided having a length substantially equivalent to a length, or a width, or a diameter of the container; or to a distance between a pair of cooperating indicia. The cutting blade is adapted to extend from the indicia on one side of the container to the indicia on another side of the container.
