Abstract:
A manually operable cutting device for cutting flexible sheet material, the cutting device comprising a main body to move over a working surface and an integrated guiding body to slidably engage a lateral edge of a working surface on which the flexible sheet being cut can rest, producing a straight cut. The lightweight, hand held, portable cutting device enables cutting material free and independent from other tools in such a way that the length or the location of the cut and the amount of material cut at a time is not constrained by the tool and in such a way that the working surface is not damaged. The cutting device further is relatively safer in comparison to conventional cutting tools.
Abstract:
A structure-lining apparatus for lining one or more surfaces of a structure formed from curable material cast in a form. The apparatus comprises a plurality of panels. The panels are connected at their respective edges in an edge-to-edge connection to provide a structure-lining surface. A plurality of anchoring components project from the panels into the liquid material during fabrication of the structure. The anchoring components each comprise one or more anchoring features which are encased in the material as the material solidifies to thereby bond the anchoring components to the structure. The plurality of anchoring components comprises one or more connector-type anchoring components for connecting to corresponding connector-type anchoring components on adjacent edges of a corresponding edge-adjacent panel to connect the edge-adjacent panels in an edge-adjacent relationship. The apparatus comprises one or more breakaway components on at least one of the plurality of panels.
Abstract:
A scoring board (2) used to create fold lines or creases in a sheet of card stock. The scoring board (2) comprising a flexible mat (6) with scoring grooves (18) thereon and fixing means (16, 16e, 16d, 16f, 16g) which are adapted to clamp the scoring board (2) in a rigid and planar configuration. The fixing means (16, 16e, 16d, 16f, 16g) can be unfastened to enable the scoring board to be rolled as shown in Fig 1.
Abstract:
In an example implementation, a corner shearing device comprises multiple cutting profiles that are simultaneously active to each engage a distinct piece of sheet material.
Abstract:
Abstract:
Applying the fastening in the shape T on the front of the measuring tape and on putting on the knife pocket or belt loop as the handle enables to use the steel measure and the building knife simultaneously, plus fast using the pencil at marking the distance out. Everything is for the speedup and simple cutting or marking such materials as plasterboards, insulating cotton, foil, tar paper etc.
Abstract:
A baked good marking device assembly (10) comprises a base (12), an elongated marking arm (14), and a marker (16). The base (12) has a top surface (18) and a bottom surface (20). The elongated marking arm (14) is generally perpendicular to the base (12). The elongated marking arm (14) has a first side (26) and a second side (28). At least one of the first side (26) and the second side (28) includes one of either a first channel (30a) and a first rail. The elongated marking arm (14) has measuring indicia (34) proximate the one of either the first channel (30a) and the first rail. The elongated marking arm (14) is removably fixed to the base (12). The marker (16) has a body portion (40). The marker (16) is moveable along the first channel (30a) or the first rail of the elongated marking arm (14). The marker (16) has a marking portion (43) protruding outward from the body portion (40). The marking portion (42) is disposed in a generally perpendicular relationship to the elongated marking arm (14).
Abstract:
A tray system (100) is disclosed, comprising a tray (1) for carrying food articles which is magnetized in at least one magnetized area (12) of the tray, and comprising at least one holder (2) adapted for holding a filled food article, the tray and the at least one bread holder being adapted such that when the bread holder is placed on the at least one magnetized area of the tray, the bread holder is attracted to the tray, the magnetic attraction force between the bread holder and the tray being large enough in order to prevent the holder from falling over when filled.
