본 발명에 따른 설포 통기성 신발(2)은, 복수개의 통기공(135)이 형성되는 설포 외피(131); 설포 외피(131)의 밑에 설치되는 설포 내피(133); 및 설포 외피(131)와 설포 내피(133) 사이에 끼워지는 본체부(132b)와, 신발의 앞부분을 이루는 갑피인 선포(140)의 밑에 위치하도록 본체부(132b)에서 신발의 앞쪽으로 연장되는 날개부(132a)를 갖는 이격구조물(132);을 포함하여 이루어진다. 이격구조물(132)은, 날개부(132a)에 밑쪽으로 형성되는 통기부(132-1); 본체부(132b)에 위쪽으로 형성되는 통기부(132-3); 및 날개부(132a)와 본체부(132b) 사이에 공기가 통할 수 있도록 날개부(132a)와 본체부(132b)에 형성되는 공간통로(132-2); 를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 신발의 앞부분에서 발생하는 열기나 냄새가 자연스럽게 이격구조물의 공간통로를 거쳐 설포의 통기공을 통해서 외부로 배출되게 된다.

The invention relates to a method for producing a shoe, comprising the steps of: providing a mounted upper having a perforated insole, providing a single-piece sole construction having a sole solid body and one or more recesses in said sole solid body, providing an air pump device, providing a first air channel extending at least partially within the upper and designed to feed air to said air pump device, providing a second air channel designed to conduct air away from the air pump device, providing a first valve associated with the first air channel and designed only to let air through in the direction from the exterior of the sole construction to the air pump device, providing a second valve associated with the second air channel and designed only to let air through in the direction leading away from the air pump device, and connecting the single-piece sole construction to the mounted upper with the insole such that the air pump device, the second air channel and the second valve are positioned between the insole and the single-piece sole construction, in the one or more recesses.

Embodiments of the present invention relate to a shoe construction that includes an upper that has an interior surface and a corrugated exterior surface of rapid manufactured material. The upper interior surface and corrugated exterior surface form a lattice-interlace surface. The lattice-interlace surface includes the interior surface that has a plurality of horizontal laths, the corrugated exterior that has a plurality of vertical laths, and a plurality of lattice apertures that extend from an interior of the shoe to an exterior of the shoe. The shoe construction further includes an interior sole portion of sintered material. The interior sole portion forms a tessellated framework. The tessellated framework includes a lattice of hollow cubes; each hollow cube has a top surface opening and a bottom surface opening, the openings extending from an interior of the shoe to an exterior of the shoe.

A bonded mesh composite panel of an upper includes a substrate layer formed from a substrate material, a mesh material layer and one or more skin material layers. The mesh composite can be fabricated by first arranging panels of substrate, mesh and skin layer material into an assembly corresponding to the locations of those panels in a completed upper. The assembly may include separate layers of hot melt bonding material interposed between the substrate, mesh and skin layers. The assembly is pressed at an elevated temperature so as to melt the bonding material and the skin layers and bond the elements together. Before the pressed assembly completely cools, it is then pressed a second time in an unheated press. A heat-conductive compressible pad can be used in the pressing process to create a surface effect in the skin layers that reveals a patterns of an underlying mesh layer.

Disclosed herein is a shoe for Taekwondo, and more particularly, to such a shoe which players wear in order to minimize an injury occurring in their feet or ankles during a conventional barefoot Taekwondo competition. The shoe for Taekwondo is made of a very soft leather cloth that has a degree of tactile sense identical to that of a human skin texture, to thereby minimize an injury occurring in player’s feet or ankles during a barefoot Taekwondo competition.

An article of footwear and a method of manufacturing the article of footwear are disclosed. The footwear may include an upper and a sole structure. The upper incorporates a textile element with edges that are joined together to define at least a portion of a void for receiving a foot. The textile element may also have a first area and a second area with a unitary construction. The first area is formed of a first stitch configuration, and the second area is formed of a second stitch configuration that is different from the first stitch configuration to impart varying textures to a surface of the textile element. Various warp knitting or weft knitting processes may be utilized to form the textile element.
