Use of improved image acquisition for a medical dose preparation system. The medical dose preparation system may include a work station for capturing medical dose preparation images (e.g., to document preparation of a mediation dose). The medical dose preparation image may be captured by a video data stream processor capable of performing an auto cropping technique on a video data stream received from an image device. Accordingly, memory resources may be more efficiently employed while maintaining high quality medical dose preparation images.

A height-adjustable worksurface assembly (14) having a leg. The leg has a top portion (32) and bottom portion (34). The top portion (32) includes a connection member for connection to a worksurface. A first arm (48) is attached to the top portion of the leg and extends downward to an elbow (68). A second arm (110) is attached to the elbow and extends downward to the bottom portion of the leg. The leg has feet (96) that rest on a base surface. Disclosed is a working table in which the legs supporting the table top (10) have a cylindrical element (14, 16) that is arranged on the bottom side of the table top (10) and rigidly connected to the table top (10) or a frame (12) supporting the table top (10) and that is designed to receive a titling force. A telescopically extractable support element (26) is mounted on the cylindrical element (14, 16). Said support element can be pulled upwards over the table top (10) by splitting (24) the table top (10) in order to mount additional functional elements (30) on the support element (26) above the table top (10). Preferably, the height of the table top (10) can be adjusted by guiding the cylindrical element (14, 16) into a telescopically adjustable base element (20).

A kit for making office desks with at least one desk top (2), bearers (4) to support the desk tops and supports (6) with footrests. There are bearing arms (20) for the desk tops (2). Connecting components (10) interconnect the bearers (4) with the supports (6) and the bearing arms (20) and possibly supporting arms (26) for additional components and/or superstructures. The bearers (4) are rectangular-section tubes. The connecting components have a lower section (12) with a rectangular recess (14) open at the top to fit a bearer (4). The lower part (14) has a channel (24) at the bottom, in its longitudinal direction, to take the upper end of a support (6) or the end section of one of the supporting arms (26). To close off the recess (14) of the lower part and to clamp the lower part to the bearer (4) there is a cover plate (16) or the end piece of a bearing arm (20) or a spacer (56). With such a kit it is very easy to set up an office desk an only a limited number of different parts is needed. It is possible to fit a horizontal cable channel (40) with a hinged cover (44) at the back of one of the bearers which is accessible only when the desk top is pulled forward and has a set of brushes (46) for taking cables out between the edge of the closed hinged cover (44) and the rear edge of the cable channel (40).

An office desk system or work station is based on a structural supporting frame or chassis made up of two spaced parallel end gables and a beam extending between the gables at the rear edge of a work top. Each gable is a welded assembly of steel channels and the beam is a steel generally box section member. Decorative cladding is attached to the frame to provide the desk with the required external appearance. The beam has two internal wiring channels so that electrical power and telecommunication services can be provided directly at the work surface of the desk. Disconnectable couplings are provided between the beam and gables and each gable is provided with several coupling points so that many different desk system or work station configurations can be assembled from the same basic components.

The tabletop may be manufactured from as few as two pieces of material, include a honeycomb stiffening and vibration damping structure, be sealed from fluid ingress, include interior reinforcing structures, and permit accurate registration of machined features on all sides of the tabletop.

A vibration damper assembly that can be attached and moved about a payload surface of a table. The vibration damper assembly includes a sensor and a damper located within a housing. The housing can be attached to the payload surface by one or more fasteners. An operator can move the vibration damper assembly to different locations of the payload assembly to optimize the damping function of the assembly.
