An beverage making apparatus making including a fluid compartment (20), a beverage compartment (40), beverage processing means (51), heating means (30) and heating power control means (32), said beverage processing means (51) interconnecting said fluid compartment and said beverage compartment so that said fluid compartment and said beverage compartment being communicable via said beverage processing means, said heating means being adapted for heating said fluid compartment so that steam generated in said fluid compartment will force fluid to move from said fluid compartment to said beverage compartment via said beverage processing means, wherein the heating power of said heating means being user controllable.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Brühmaschine (1), in welche man eine ein Brühmaterial enthaltende Portionskapsel (2) einführen kann, um ein heisses Brühgetränk herzustellen. Die Brühmaschine (1) enthält einen ersten Maschinenteil (T1) mit einer ersten Kammer (K1); einen zweiten Maschinenteil (T2), welcher eine zweite Kammer (K2) aufweist oder welchem eine zweite Kammer (K2) zugeordnet werden kann, in welche ein Fluid eingeführt werden kann; einen Bearbeitungsbereich (4), in welchem die eingeführte Portionskapsel (2) im Innern der Brühmaschine (1) gehalten werden kann und dabei eine Fluidverbindung (5) zwischen der ersten Kammer (K1) und der zweiten Kammer (K2) blockieren kann; ein erstes Aufstech- oder Aufschlitz-Mittel (7) zum Aufstechen oder Aufschlitzen der eingeführten Portionskapsel (2) an einem ersten Kapselort (KO1) an der Kapseloberfläche; ein zweites Aufstech- oder Aufschlitz-Mittel (8) zum Aufstechen oder Aufschlitzen der Portionskapsel (2) an einem zweiten Kapselort (KO2) an der Kapseloberfläche. Die eingeführte Portionskapsel (2) kann mit in der ersten Kammer (K1) erzeugtem heissen Wasser und/oder heissem Wasserdampf von dem ersten Kapselort (KO1) zu dem zweiten Kapselort (KO2) der Portionskapsel (2) durchströmt werden, um ein am zweiten Kapselort (KO2) austretendes heisses Brühgetränk zu erhalten, welches in die zweite Kammer (K2) strömen kann. Die erste Kammer (K1) ist beheizbar, um das Wasser in der ersten Kammer (K1) zu erhitzen und partiell zu verdampfen sowie das Durchströmen der in den Bearbeitungsbereich (4) eingeführten und in diesem gehaltenen Portionskapsel (2) durch das erhitzte Wasser und den Dampf zu bewirken.

Dispositivo de elaboración de infusiones en horno microondas , estando realizado integramente en materiales aptos para microondas y comprendiendo una zona de mezcla de agua con extracto de infusión y/o calentamiento de dicha agua, y una zona de recepción de la infusión elaborada, presentando el dispositivo, al exterior, al menos parcialmente, una zona de doble pared, caracterizado porque dispone de medios de apertura por presión entre la zona de calentamiento y la zona de mezcla.

L'invention concerne un appareil (1) de production de boisson infusée comprenant une verseuse (2) configurée pour contenir au moins la boisson infusée, une chambre de mélange (3) configurée pour contenir un produit à infuser et pour laisser s'écouler la boisson infusée dans la verseuse (2) et un dispositif de chauffe (4) configuré pour injecter un liquide dans la chambre de mélange (3) après l'avoir chauffé. L'appareil comprend un dispositif de récupération de vapeur, configuré pour évacuer la vapeur contenue dans la chambre de mélange (3) au-dessus du produit à infuser et injecter ladite vapeur dans la verseuse (2) sans que ladite vapeur ne traverse le produit à infuser. L'appareil (1) selon l'invention permet améliorer la qualité de la boisson infusée tant du point de vue de sa saveur que de sa température de dégustation.

A kettle for boiling beverage, which comprises a kettle body(1), an inner container(3) is mounted on the bottom(2) of the kettle body(1). There is a hopper(4) on the upper port of the inner container(3), an elastic element(5) is mounted between the hopper(4) and the bottom(2). When the kettle lid(6) on the kettle body(1) is closed, the kettle lid(6) may push down on the port of the hopper(7) and then the hopper(4) pushes down the elastic element(5) to store energy. Once the kettle lid(6) is opened, the elastic element pushes up the hopper which is then separated from the upper port of the inner container so that the hopper is extracted and foodstuff in the hopper is replaced.

An electrical coffer-maker (10), comprising a lower boiler (11), an upper pot (12) and a brewing section (13) between the boiler (11) and the pot (12), is provided with a box base (14), applied to the lower part of the boiler (11), in which an electrical heating element (18) is concealed from the outside and arranged in contact with the outer surface of the bottom (17) of the boiler (11) and in which elements (20-23) for electrically connecting the element (18) to an external power supply are also arranged inside the box (14). This electrical coffee-maker is safe, reliable, efficient and can have a configuration that is similar to that of common coffee-makers.

The invention relates to an apparatus (1) for producing an infused beverage including a carafe (2) configured to contain at least the infused beverage, a mixing chamber (3) configured to contain a product to be infused and to allow the infused beverage to flow into the carafe (2), and a heating device (4) configured to inject a liquid into the mixing chamber (3) after having heated same. The apparatus includes a steam-recovery device, configured to discharge the steam contained in the mixing chamber (3) above the product to be infused and to inject said steam into the carafe (2) without said steam passing through the product to be infused. The apparatus (1) according to the invention makes it possible to improve the quality of the infused beverage, in terms of both the flavour and the tasting temperature thereof.

The invention relates to a jug, particularly to a jug, an electrothermal jug and an electrothermal jug without wire for cooking beverage. The jug for cooking beverage includes a body, an inner container on the inner bottom of the body. A funnel is provided on the up-port of the inner container. A filtrating up-layer and a filtrating down-layer are arranged in the funnel. The electrothermal jug for cooking beverage is formed by adding an electric heater to the bottom of the body. The electrothermal jug without wire for cooking beverage is formed by adding a jug-seat to the jug and providing a plug and a jack for electrically connecting on the body and jug-seat respectively. The inner container is heated so that the water in the inner container is boiling away, rolling upwards, and scouring coffee powder or tea leaf in the funnel, thereby forming tea or coffee, so the residue of tea leaf or coffee powder is separated from the tea or coffee. The beverage is drunk expediently and spicy, the user of the jug is scalded diseasily.
