A first air channel (C1) is formed between said housing (2) and said outer wall (3 A) for fluidly connecting said first air inlet (5A, 5B) and said fan (4). A second air channel (C2) is formed between said housing (2) and said outer wall (3A) for fluidly connecting said second air inlet (6A, 6B) and said fan (4). A third air channel (C3) fluidly connects said fan (4) and said air outlet (7). The fan (4) is arranged to convey air through said first air channel (C1) between said first air inlet (5 A, 5B) and said fan (4), to convey air through said second air channel (C2) between said second air inlet (6A, 6B) and said fan (4), and to convey air through said third air channel (C3) between said fan (4) and said air outlet (7). The third air channel (C3) is arranged such that air passing through said third air channel (C3) is directed onto said outer wall (3 A) of the food preparation chamber (3) before being vented from said air outlet (7).
Abstract:
A cooking stove (2) comprising a fan (14) configured to force air into a combustion chamber (8) through air inlets (10) in the walls (4) of the combustion chamber (8). The air inlets (10) are positioned at least 30mm from the base (6) of the combustion chamber (8) and direct the forced air to the headspace above the fuel (20). Clean combustion of high energy fuels can be achieved by the cooking stove (2).
Abstract:
Abstract:
Abstract:
There is provided a roaster (100) including a housing (110) having an opening in the upper side (10a), first heat-source units (140) fixedly provided on left and right lateral sides of the housing (110), respectively, and second heat-source units (150) detachably provided on the first heat-source units (140) respectively, wherein outside air is heated while passing while passing the first and second heat-source units (140, 150), and discharged outside through the opening. The present invention provides an advantage of evenly transferring heat toward a gridiron (30) on which to put food, preventing production of smoke due to contact of food's juice, fat and spice to a heat source.
Abstract:
Devices, systems, and computer-readable medium are provided for a barbecue smoker device. A barbecue smoker device is provided, that includes a multi-wall container, a food platform, a heat source, an air vent at the top of the barbecue smoker device, an air flow control mechanism at the lower portion of the barbecue smoker device, and a plurality of sensors coupled to the barbecue smoker device. The barbeque smoker device may include a control device for automated control of the air flow control mechanism. A system for remotely controlling a barbecue smoker device is provided, where the system includes a barbecue smoker device including a processor and a display unit, a mobile device in wireless communication with the barbecue smoker device, and the mobile device displaying a graphical user interface that is configured to receive input from a user causing a configuration change in the barbecue smoker device.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cooking device (1 ) comprising a cooking grill (2) whereon the foods to be cooked are placed and a smoking chamber (3) wherein smoking material is placed, enabling the foods on the cooking grill (2) to be smoked.
Abstract:
A portable camping stove for burning solid fuel comprising: a combustion chamber having a wall, a closed end, an open end, a longitudinal axis extending between the ends, inlet holes for air to enter the combustion chamber and a longitudinal opening substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis at a top of the stove for escape of combustion gases; a housing that supports the combustion chamber on a surface on which the stove may be placed with the longitudinal axis substantially parallel to the surface and forms together with the combustion chamber wall an airway passage from which air exits via the inlet holes in the combustion chamber and air enters via an inlet aperture formed in the housing.
Abstract:
This invention provides a portable combustion device that provides a cleaner combustion, provides a more efficient overall combustion through the use of a fan that directs a predetermined volume of airflow over the combustible fuel— typically wood or similar cellulose-based biological solids and provides a cooking surface that is a grill top. The combustion device has a combustion chamber into which the fuel source is placed for combustion. Mounted to the side of the combustion chamber is a housing that encloses the TEG, which generates an electrical output, based on a difference in temperature on opposing sides. Mounted onto the TEG housing and protruding into the combustion chamber through a small passageway is a heat-conducting probe and heat-conducting probe base unit.
Abstract:
The present invention provides an improved grilling apparatus and method which satisfy the needs and alleviate the problems discussed above. By way of example, but not by way of limitation, the present invention can be used to significantly 20 improve the performance of substantially any cooking grill of the type comprising: a housing structure having therein an upwardly facing firebox; a cover for opening and closing the firebox; a food support structure or rotisserie positionable in and/or over the upper end of the fire box; a fuel delivery or placement structure (preferably a burner element) in the firebox below the elevation of the food support structure.
