Abstract:
An amusement ride is formed from a self-equalizing dual line affixed to a pulley at its upper end and to pulley and counterweight system at its lower end. An upper platform at the upper dual line end launches a rider who is connected via a line to a pulley riding on the dual line. A slide is carried by the upper platform from which the rider is launched, resulting in the rider swinging in an arcuate motion about the pulley. A belay, carried by the dual line, is movable to confront the pulley as the rider is carried down the dual lines and to enhance the arcuate swinging of the rider. A lower landing permits the rider to demount the amusement ride.

A portable doorway recreation device for use on a doorway frame comprises an L-shaped frame. A first horizontal elongate bar is attached to a riser of the L-shaped frame and a second horizontal elongate bar is attached to a base of the L-shaped frame. A securing member is operatively associated with the second elongate bar, wherein with the first elongate bar sitting on a top of the doorway frame on a first wall side and the second elongate bar in contact with a second wall side, the securing member engages one of the first and second wall sides to prevent movement of the second elongate bar away from the second wall side.

본 발명은 실내의 벽면 등에 격투기나 턱걸이용 운동기구는 물론 놀이(유희)용 그네 등을 간편하게 매달아 설치할 수 있어 해당 운동기구 및 그네의 설치에 필요한 점유공간을 최소화하여 활용성과 공간효율성을 크게 높일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 한정된 공간에서도 다양한 운동을 동시에 즐길 수 있으며, 아울러 화재 등의 비상시에 탈출용 밧줄을 묶어 높은 층에서 땅까지 늘어뜨림으로써 비상대피용 기구로도 활용할 수 있는 다목적 행거를 개시한다.

A device for attaching equipment support bars to the horizontal bar of a gantry frame comprises at least one flat (20) on an attachment portion of the bar (14), two attachment pieces (16, 18) each having an active portion (40, 42, 44) cooperating with substantially half the circumference of said bar in the zone bearing the flat, two attachment portions (48, 50) to each side of said active portion and an attachment area for a support bar (10, 12), and means (22, 24) for securing the like attachment portions of said attachment pieces so that the active portions of the attachment pieces grip the circumference of the bar.

A device for rigidly securing two angled bars to a horizontal bar, particularly for a garden swing frame, comprises two tubular shells (10) fitted on each side of the bar (8). These shells are secured by two clamping collar assemblies (46, 56) around the ends (24, 26) of each of them on the flats (48) provided on the bar. Securing lugs are provided for holding the two shells.

A pneumatically actuated swing ride that has rigid swing members (40A, 40B) rotating about a shaft (28) in a pendulum style of swinging ride. The ride operates with the rigid swing members (40A, 40B) raising one or more riders in a seat platform (44A) or gondola up and then accelerates them down through an arc in the pendulum style of swinging movement. The controlled upward movement, a brief delay, and the accelerated downward movement produce weightlessness in the ride. The weightless effect is incurred at both ends of the arc and every time the cycle is made. By using a pneumatic cylinder (62), air is used as an air cushion both accelerating and decelerating the ride, giving complete control of the ride.
