La présente invention a pour objet un système de traitement des boues et déchets hydrocarbonés de raffinerie. Il est basé sur I'association, sur un même site, d'équipements (11) de lavage des terres, sédiments ou détritus contenant des hydrocarbures (Ph4, Ph5), d'installations avec bacs (1, 4, 7) chauffés par serpentins (2, 5) destinés au traitement par décantation à la pression atmosphérique des hydrocarbures souillés par des sédiments ou de I'eau (Ph1, Ph2, Ph3) et d'une station de traitement, par lit catalytique (18) et extracteur d'air (19), des composés organiques volatiles générés par les hydrocarbures chauffés (Ph6). Le but de I'invention est de permettre d'effectuer simultanément ou en alternance, d'une part Ie lavage des terres, sédiments et détritus divers pollués par des hydrocarbures et, d'autre part, Ie traitement des hydrocarbures souillés par des sédiments et de I'eau.

In this invention the system and processes for organization of oil refinery from gases and heavy admixtures with a separation of purified oil for fractions obtained in the process of thermal distillation, and thermal and catalytic cracking and subsequent fine separation of products for narrow fractions are presented. The combining of vortex vapor generation processes of preliminary heated oil in the field of inertia forces of rotating liquid with condensation processes of gaseous products at reduced pressure in vortex vapor condensers with cooled walls with utilization of subsequent heating and productions of fuels with narrow fraction composition permits to obtain a high quality product. New types of vortex devices are presented: the vortex separator of oil from water and admixtures, the vortex vapor generator for production of fine vapor fractions, the vortex vapor condenser for condensation of vaporized fractions, the vortex vapor generation in a catalyst layer moving in a boiling layer, which is a catalytic reactor with a regulated contact time between a catalyst and a boiling layer. A two-zone combustion furnace helps to decrease energy spending, improves combustion completeness.

A solvent separator apparatus having an accumulator tank (7) with a vertical down tube (17) having an inlet at the top and an outlet at the bottom and a heat exchanger (28) in communication with the down tube for withdrawing heat. An inlet conduit (11) enters the bottom end of the accumulator and connects to the top of the down tube. The accumulator is connected to a reservoir tank (9) by a transfer conduit (33) from the top of the accumulator to the bottom of the reservoir. The apparatus may be combined with a dry cleaning machine using a glycol ether cleaning solvent.

Housing (10) containing a filtration compartment (14) and a treatment compartment (18), is designed for insertion into a drainage opening (not shown) in a parking lot or containment area. Porous pipes (21) serve to remove substantially all debris and sediment from the fluid stream. Treatment compartment (18) contains a hydrocarbon absorption media (40), which in the envent of a hydrocarbon spill, forms a plug which seals off the flow of contaminated water. Heater element (52) keeps the unit operational in cold weather.

A grease removal system includes a solid interceptor fluidly coupled to a grease trap tank, which is fluidly coupled to a secondary tank. The secondary tank contains an enzyme solution which biodegrades the grease. The grease removal system may also include a solid interceptor fluidly coupled to a grease trap tank which is fluidly coupled to a replaceable container. Grease is diverted from the grease trap tank into the replaceable container and thereafter discarded. The grease removal system may include a grease trap tank utilizing a unique arrangement of grease baffles and solids baffles which work together to isolate grease within a single region of the grease trap tank for ease of disposal. Finally, the grease removal system includes two level sensors which detect the level of grease within the grease trap tank and, at the appropriate level direct the accumulated grease from the grease trap tank.
