    Abstract: An improved irrigation spray head for use with pressurized water to produce a generally 360° spray pattern is provided. The spray head has a first channel that provides a water flow path in a generally vertical direction from the distal end of the spray head body to a main exit port. The spray head body includes a cavity having a geometry that, along with the first channel and the main exit port designs, causes the pressurized water to disperse radially outward away from the spray head body in the generally 360° spray pattern. A plurality of secondary channels provides secondary water flow paths from a plurality of interior ports in the cavity to a plurality of sidewall exit ports. The secondary channels result in a water flow out of the sidewall ports at a reduced water velocity thereby providing enhanced, close-in irrigation coverage.

    Abstract: An air operated combination diaphragm spring brake (10) has a brake actuator (14) in tandem with a spring brake actuator (16), wherein the brake actuator (14) and spring brake actuator (16) are separated by a dividing wall (35) in which is formed an annular opening (37, 37', 37") having a sealed bearing (38) through which a spring brake actuator rod (56, 56', 56") reciprocates.     Abstract: An air-operated diaphragm spring brake (10) has a brake actuator (14) in tandem with a spring brake actuator (16), wherein the brake actuator (14) and spring brake actuator (16 ) are separated by a dividing wall (35) in which is formed an annular opening (37). The sealed bearing further comprises a polymer ring (80) and an elastomeric sealing member (96). The ring (80) has an annular channel which receives the elastomeric sealing member (96).

    Abstract: A vortex spray generating system that comprises a discharge channel and at least one inlet channel. The discharge channel and the at least one inlet channel are disposed with respect to one another such that the at least one inlet channel is capable of providing a tangential feed of fluid into the discharge channel sufficient to generate a vortex and spray pattern. A method of generating a vortex in a pressurized fluid so as to deliver the pressurized fluid as a spray. The method comprises providing a vortex spray generating apparatus comprising a discharge channel and at least one inlet channel, and introducing a tangential feed of fluid through the at least one inlet channel into the discharge channel sufficient to generate a vortex and spray pattern.
