Abstract:
A nozzle including a plurality of moveable nozzles configured to transition between a first state in which streams produced by the nozzles combine to form a collective stream, or the appearance of a collective stream, and at least one second state in which the nozzles produce separate respective streams; and a drive mechanism configured to transition the nozzles between the first and second states.
Abstract:
Systems, devices, and methods for passing railcar tank cleaning systems through the opening and mounted to existing manways. The invention can extend horizontally more than 25 feet and clean rail cars up to and beyond approximately 102 inches in diameter for manual, automated, or semi-automated programmable railcar tank cleaning systems, devices and methods for providing safe and efficient methods for breaking up oil, tar, chemical, radioactive, hazardous, or any other liquid, solid, or sludge waste inside rail tank cars and the like with nozzles which utilize fluid jets to break up, liquefy, and motivate tank material. The programmable railcar cleaning system can be a standalone, independent unit or integrated into new designs and/or existing systems. Simplified programming and user interface allow an operator to remotely operate the system. The various capabilities of this Invention allow cleaning in a quicker and more efficient manner. The system is hydraulically controlled and can work in the presence of flammable vapors and dust.
Abstract:
A sprinkler riser assembly including a stabilizer base and a riser mount and coupler, removably mountable onto the stabilizer base, the stabilizer base including at least one pressure mount portion and at least one stabilizer base snap engagement portion and the riser mount and coupler including a slidable portion for slidable engagement with the at least one pressure mount portion of the stabilizer base and at least one riser mount and coupler snap engagement portion for operative removable snap fit engagement with the at least one stabilizer base snap engagement portion.
Abstract:
A dual-headed paint spray wand with a central feed tube split into two arms, where the arms are separated at a distance from one another to permit a paint overlap when paint is sprayed from the two arms, and where the two arms are offset from one another vertically to allow one arm to spray ahead of the other.
Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a system and method articulating and rotary spray system for fluids that includes a first drive for rotating a mast for different headings and a second drive for rotating a nozzle for different pitches at any time with or without rotation of the mast. The method and system uses a system of interacting gears that rotate a control rod in variable synchronization to control the nozzle pitch relative to the mast heading while the control rod orbits about a center of rotation of the rotating mast along a longitudinal axis.

Abstract:
An article contains an elbow (10) having at least two sections (20, 30) that are hingedly attached to one another by means of a hinging joint (40) so that the first section (20) can move in a plane with respect to the second section (30), wherein the sections (20, 30) define a passageway (50) through which a dispensing straw may extend. The passageway (50) extends all the way through the two sections (20, 30) and perpendicularly through the hinging joint (40) attaching them. The article can include a bendable dispensing straw (60) extending through the passageway of the elbow.
Abstract:
Extension (1) for increasing of the upper limit of application of polyurethan foam from a dose (2) including a connection socket (3) connected with a swinging controller (4) where on the connection socket a lower bending (5) is connected, on which a tube prolongation (6) is connected, on which an upper bending (7) is connected and on it an application ending (8) is connected, where the extension (1) is provided inside with a freely arranged wire (10) for its shaping and the connection socket (3) is provided with at least one hole (13) and simultaneously there is a hook (14) in the end of the wire (10), diameter of which is smaller then the diameter of the hole (13) for inserting of the hook (14) into the connection socket (3) and both over the wire (10) and over the connection socket (3) the tube (11) is pulled over up to the foot (17) of the connection socket (3).
Abstract:
An articulated joint for connection between a liquid supply line and a barrel (P) of a sprinkler (J), comprising a fixed tubular body (2) adapted to be connected to the supply line (A); a movable tubular body (3) adapted to be coupled to the fixed tubular body (2) and to be connected to the barrel (P); wherein each body (2, 3) has at least one curved end portion (1 1, 12) having the same curvature, wherein one of these curved ends slidingly fits into the other curved end portion with sealing means (13) interposed therebetween; and wherein, once said tubular bodies (2, 3) have been coupled, they define a common plane of curvature (ττ) and are hinged to each other about a transverse axis (T) that is substantially perpendicular to said plane of curvature (ττ) to allow relative inclination thereof; means (24) are also provided for adjusting the relative inclination angle (a), which comprise at least one plate-like member (25) substantially parallel to the plane (ττ) and laterally secured to one of the bodies (2, 3), the plate-like member (25) being formed with a plurality of through holes (30) for receiving a first pin (31 ) that can be fitted into at least one seat (32) formed on the other body (2, 3) for selectively locking said relative inclination angle (a).
